Doris Day + Rock Hudson in Pillow Talk in the Egyptian Theatre

TCM is having a movie festival and Pillow Talk will be screened on April 24. Lucky people who will get a chance to see Doris and Rock on the big screen in their first movie together. It’s time like these that I wish I lived in LA or close by. If anybody goes to see Pillow Talk tell us all about it.

Happy Birthday Dear Doris Day!

Filed under: Doris Day General — webmaster @ 1:24 pm

It’s a beautiful sunny day in Montreal and ,according to the mayor of Carmel , in Carmel, too. Thanks to the Internet we can listen to the Doris’ Birthday tribute. I’m listening to Frednet radio. Thanks Mike for your hard work and dedication. Kidd radio 630 (the old Magic 63) is not streaming live this year.
Jackie Joseph, Betty White, Billy Grey, Tony Bennet and a multitude of Fans called into the Frednet radio Birthday broadcast.
For the past 3 years I have been meeting other Doris Day friends at the Cypress Inn in Carmel and celebrating Doris’ Birthday. Many good moments were enjoyed there. Hopefully next year we’ll meet again. But as Doris says “Que Sera, Sera”

Dear Doris may you have the greatest Birthday with a lot of Health, Happiness and the knowledge that a lot of people love and appreciate you very much. You brought and still bring a lot of enjoyment and pleasure with your movies and songs. You are a great role model with your animal welfare work.
Enjoy your great day with your 2-legged and 4-legged Friends.
love,
Velda
