Doris Day has always been a wonderful role-model with such class, beauty and the ‘girl next door’ image which I’ve never seen again since Doris left the screen and went out of our lives. She has such a sweetness about her- All Natural.
When I was 9 yrs old, my mother allowed me to take the bus to see ‘Please Don’t East the Daisies’… I went alone and years later I asked my mother why she allowed me to ride alone and she told me that I gave her no other choice; I was dead set on seeing Doris Day in that movie.
In today’s time, Doris is now giving that love and understanding to those preciouse animals who need it so much. How lucky they are!
